Erased Out Part 4

Ask him if you have any questions. Mr. Sebastian!"

Kyoya Sebastian looked up for the first time since Alienia had entered the room and closed his book. She now saw his eyes were a deep green, unusual with his hair colour. The rectangular glasses only accented what had to be an Oriental and European mixed ancestry. He pushed his book away with a silent exhale and looked up at Mr. Thomas with a blank expression on his face.

"I want you to help Ms. Brate on the assignments. Do not ignore her like the last person who sat next to you. Table partners are to be like business partners. Got it?"

Kyoya nodded and opened up his notebook to what looked like Trigonometry notes. He then looked back at the teacher with an expecting expression. Mr. Thomas mumbled something under his breath and walked on to check on the other student's progress.

"Alienia, right?"

Alienia quickly turned her head to see Kyoya resting his head in his hand, with his elbow supported on the tabletop. He was flipping through his notes absentmindedly. She nodded.

"I'm not going to help you unless you ask, alright? You can use my notes if you want to and make copies of them if you need to. Do you go shopping?"

Startled at the question, Alienia nodded again.

"Invest in a whiteboard. It won't waste paper and it would be easier to answer questions faster. I normally don't like talking too much so don't get too depressed if I don't respond or if I don't participate in 'small talk'. Just seems irrelevant. Got it?" Kyoya had turned his gaze towards Alienia, who quickly nodded.

As he went back to his book, Alienia had noticed his notes had been left open to the first page of the Trigonometry notes. She started copying them down in the notebook given to her by Mr. Thomas as her mind wandered back to the moment his eyes had looked at hers. Those deep green emeralds had connected with her plain blue ones in a way that made her unable to look away and made her heart start racing. She felt as though he was reading her in a way that was nearly uncomfortable but still familiar. The sensation was gone the moment he went back to his book, but his heart was still racing.

Shaking the moment off, she finished the class without having to ask any more questions or having to look at Kyoya. The bell rang again and Alienia glanced at her schedule. Economics was next with a teacher called Yukimura. Putting the math work back in her bag, a feeling of unease crept up her neck. Sitting up, she noticed Celia a few desks over, watching her. A flash later, Celia was back to staring at her desk, like nothing ever happened.

The door opened and a small woman with long black hair entered with a smile on her face. Immediately, Alienia liked Ms. Yukimura. As the class hadn't started, the teacher walked over to Alienia, the smile still sincere.

A/N: Oooh, love or something else? Can't say yet, I'm only up to part 24 myself! So this is the last part before summer. I'll try to set up a timer for the next part to automatically publish themselves while I'm gone. Hope you enjoy! Those probably won't have author's notes though. Too bad...(Kidding). Till the next one!

Erased Out Part 3

Celia smiled and blushed as Kay finally came back with a stapled packet.

"It's two pages front and back, but this is last years list. I blacked out some of the deleted clubs."

"I can't believe the Council thought the 'Knitting Club' and the 'European Sports Club' should have been disbanded."

"They couldn't find enough people to meet the eight member quota. After this year, there might only be one page of clubs since the Seniors that begged us for one more year are all graduating."

Alienia looked over the list Kaye handed to her. Several columns were blacked out and she noticed Celia was looking at the black streaks mournfully. The bell suddenly rang and all three students that had been standing at her desk hurried back to their own after a quick wave.

As she filed the packet away in her bag, a piece of paper landed on her open notebook. Alienia reached for it and a whisper softer than Celia's voice reached her ears. "Blacked out from history." She glanced around but no-one was looking in her direction and no-one had looked like they had talked.

She grabbed the paper and unfolded it. On one side was something that looked like the corner of a page of notes. On the other side in a hastily written hand was "LighT in ClUB Of dArk - be aware". Alienia looked at it in confusion. It made no sense to her, but she didn't have any time to think it over. The teacher for the next class had arrived, which happened to be her least favourite subject of Mathematics.

"Silence now, please. I know we have a new student so I'll re-introduce myself. You shall refer to me as Mr. Thomas; I don't reply to any other names. Also a good reminder for everyone is that I do have after school Academic Support for you who need it. Looks like everyone is here so I will get straight to our review for today's lesson in Trigonometry. I think everyone could use it after last week's quiz."

Alienia got out her notebook and had quickly gotten all the notes written down that were needed for the assignment. Years of not speaking often had made her a fast, yet neat, writer. While the rest of the class was practicing, Mr. Thomas had found his way towards her and was now leaning over her desk.

"Ms. Brate. I have here a notebook filled with the notes taken in the year so far. I'm not going to slow down and baby you every step just because you're new, understand?" Alienia nodded as he continued, "I will, however, make the exception of some problems on the homework until you are settled in. I am glad Ms. Williamson sat you next to Mr. Sebastian. Ask him if you have any questions. Mr. Sebastian!"

A/N: Hand written, this in one page, front and back. Wow, it shrinks down far...Anyway, we learned Kyoya last name! I love it so much!! Anyway, wait for part 4, you'll love it so much!!
